Friendliest staff I’ve ever met at an auto parts store! I usually dread going to car parts stores because I’ve had experiences where the employees were rude or unhelpful and made me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars. But AutoZone Kihei has been the complete opposite. This was my second time coming here to get items for my car, and once again, I had such a great experience. Wendy helped me this time, and she was so kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed while also helping me find the best deals. She even helped me sign up for their rewards program so I could save more. I especially wanted to leave this review to recognize Wendy for going above and beyond. It’s employees like her who make customers actually feel comfortable asking questions instead of feeling judged. Thank you so much, Wendy! I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location. 😊

Im just putting 1 star cause one of the workers, Nina K, was SO so rude the three times i went to the Shop. She made me feel very uncomfortable every time with her bad mood, not even saying "hello", doing everything fast for not talking, she ordered something wrong cause wanted to finish since she start to help me, so i had to go back to return it. Very bad experience.

Great selection of things in the store. Just the customer service could be better. My first experience was walking past a group of people hanging out and talking stories with the workers. The worker did seem like he wanted to help us. Too focused on his crew outside. He also wasn’t shame to make a personal call on speaker phone asking about someone’s ex girlfriend. So sad because it’s a fairly new store with lots of good choices, but bad customer service.

Very elegant people. But unfortunately they didn't have oil and a filter for a Bugatti Chiron.

We had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jeremiah, who helped us with our car battery. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we got the right battery and that it was installed properly. It’s rare to find service that’s both professional and genuinely kind these days, and Jeremiah’s help was much appreciated. We left feeling confident and thankful for the extra care he took to get us back on the road.
